An Iranian doctor who witnessed government security forces conducting violent operations against patients and workers at his hospital in January is still haunted by what he saw – just some of what can be glimpsed in the horrifying x-rays of patients revealing gruesome gunshot and shrapnel wounds. The doctor, who spoke with the Associated Press on the condition that his identity would not be revealed, asked that his voice be altered for his own security.
