According to court documents obtained by MS Now, Timberlake’s legal team is now trying to prevent the release of the arrest video, claiming it contains "highly personal details” that are not relevant to “any law enforcement action of public concern.” His attorney noted in the docs, "The harm from public exposure—stigma, harassment, reputational injury, and the permanent loss of privacy—is immediate and irreparable.” Shortly after their filing, Timberlake’s attorney shared an update to E!
