As wars, sanctions and political turmoil reshape the wider Middle East, Türkiye has spent the past two decades navigating successive crises, from unrest in Arab countries to an attempted coup at home, and now the US Israeli war against Iran. Yet, rather than buckle under pressure, Ankara has expanded its diplomatic space, strengthened state capacity and positioned itself as a resilient and influential actor in a volatile region.
