The Secret Service has the killer under scop, ready to be stopped, for a full 7 minutes. Did someone give an order to allow him to shoot? Seems like it…
Explosive devices were discovered inside the car of Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 20-year-old gunman who attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump. The attack resulted in the death of at least one rally attendee and injuries to several others.
Authorities located Crooks’ car near the rally venue in Butler, Pennsylvania. Sources close to the investigation revealed that additional suspicious packages were found in the vicinity, prompting the deployment of bomb squad teams. These teams conducted thorough searches of the area, including at least one vehicle, and continued their efforts into Sunday afternoon.

Footage captured by news sources showed an Allegheny County bomb squad vehicle arriving at Crooks’ home in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
The shooting occurred shortly after 6:15 p.m. on Saturday when Crooks fired 8-10 shots toward Trump. Trump sustained a minor injury as a bullet grazed his ear. Tragically, Corey Comperatore, a former Buffalo Township fire chief, was killed after being struck in the head. Several other rally attendees were injured, with at least two in critical condition.
Crooks fired from a rooftop approximately 100 yards from where Trump was speaking. Federal or state law enforcement snipers neutralized Crooks almost immediately after he began shooting. An “AR-style” rifle, belonging to Crooks’ father, was recovered from the rooftop near his body.
The Secret Service confirmed that the building from which Crooks fired was outside the security perimeter. Investigators are examining reports from bystanders who claimed to have seen the gunman and attempted to alert law enforcement before the shooting.
