Foreign-owned shops in Cape Town face extortion threat

South African police are investigating the murder of an Ethiopian shop owner and attacks on two foreign-owned businesses. And a councillor believes criminals may be using the recent anti-migrant protests as cover. Vicky Stark reports from Cape Town.
