Martha Stewart is setting the record straight about long-running plastic surgery rumors. In a Jan. 23 interview with ‘People Magazine,’ the 84-year-old firmly denied ever having cosmetic plastic surgery, saying, “Everybody insists that I’ve had plastic surgery and I have not ever had plastic surgery. I’m the most honest person on earth.” However, Martha did clarify that a plastic surgeon once worked on her face—strictly for medical reasons. She recalled a late-night accident during a blizzard when one of her French bulldogs accidentally injured her, causing a severe split lip that required 16 stitches. Martha emphasized that the procedure was a repair, not cosmetic enhancement, and noted that the injury healed so well it’s now barely visible.
