Three years after signing off from ‘NCIS: LA,’ LL COOL J is back in the ‘NCIS’-verse as Special Agent Sam Hanna for a two-episode guest arc on the OG series, before his full-time return in the new spinoff, ‘NCIS: New York’ (coming to CBS this fall).
