Kofi Offeh, who crowned himself king of an ‘African tribe’ that set up camp in the Scottish borders, was filmed by Ghanaian media as he arrived in the country’s capital, Accra.
His group, which included his "queen" and a "handmaid", made headlines across the globe when they set up a camp in woodland near Jedburgh in May last year.
