A vehicle’s dashcam caught the moment an explosion went off on the Pan-American Highway in Cajibio, Colombia. The explosion caused debris to fly through the air and a large plume of smoke to rise in the sky. At least 19 people were killed, and the government blames a dissident faction of the former FARC guerilla group for the bombing.
