Britney Spears took a ‘wet reckless’ plea deal regarding her March 4 arrest for DUI, pleading guilty to the misdemeanor charge. The singer was not present at her arraignment in Ventura County Superior Court, but her attorney, Michael Goldstein, entered the plea on her behalf. ET caught Michael leaving court, who said Britney is ‘pleased’ with the result. The plea includes a $571 fine, 12 months’ probation and completion of a three-month substance abuse program. She must also follow a laundry list of requirements, including meeting with a psychiatrist twice a month.
