Sky News technology correspondent Rowland Manthorpe investigates how automation could reshape the UK workforce, not through a sudden robot takeover, but one task at a time.
He meets AGIBOT, one of China’s leading robotics companies, as it looks to bring a new generation of humanoid robots to the UK.
Rowland then visits Tiptree farm in Essex, where strawberry-picking robots are being tested as a potential answer to the UK’s shortage of workers.
