Melissa Rycroft pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated nearly one year after her initial arrest, but she won’t serve any jail time. The former ‘Dancing with the Stars’ winner traded 280 days behind bars for 20 months of probation. As part of her plea deal, the ‘Bachelor’ alum and mom of three must submit to drug and alcohol testing when ordered and can only drive a vehicle equipped with a breathalyzer.
