Evacuation orders remained in place on August 19 for areas affected by the Hagen Fire in Umatilla County, Oregon. The blaze, burning since mid-July, had scorched 58,152 acres with 19 percent containment. Nearby, the Paradise Fire had burned 6,128 acres with zero containment, and some areas were under a Level 2 “Be Set” evacuation notice.
