An apartment collapse in Gaza City on Monday has killed at least 21 people, including 12 children. Around 100 people were thought to be inside the building at the time. Rescuers were hampered by a lack of heavy machinery due to Israeli restrictions. The UN now warns hundreds of damaged buildings sheltering displaced families across Gaza are at risk of collapse.
