A small shark was seen swimming in a flooded residential street in Surf City, NJ, during the powerful nor’easter along the East Coast. It’s "a smooth dogfish, which is a very small harmless shark that is common in those waters," Dr. Greg Skomal of the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries said.
