Iran says it will not reopen the Strait of Hormuz unless the US lifts the blockade on its ports. Tehran earlier seized two ships in the strait for the first time since the war began. The White House says the incident does not violate the ceasefire, as the vessels are not from the US or Israel. Kristina Simich reports.
